Attorneys
The Njozela Legal Team comprises a team of five that works diligently to ensure legal and judicial processes run smoothly in the firm. It is responsible for consulting with clients, giving legal advice to clients, preparing documents necessary for the resolution of clientele legal queries and claims. The Personal Injury Claims Department is advised by Mr Tobi who has years of experience while he has working for the Fund, as well as the office experience of Mr Sombo who has been working at the Njozela Firm since his articles and has recently been admitted as an Attorney of the High Court.
Mr Njozela
Director
Mr Njozela was Admitted in 1997 and worked at Bonisile Fonk and Associates with main focus on litigation both civil and criminal matters. In July 1998 entered into a partnership with Mr Mfazi making their partnership “Njozela Mfazi and Partners” with offices at Sanlam Center Site B Khayelitsha. In 2002 Mr Njozela started his own practice under the name and style of M Njozela Attorneys. The practice has since incorporated in 2025 as Njozela Attorneys Inc. Mr Njozela has amassed 28 years of legal experience and continues in like manner today.
Administration Team
Admin & Support Staff
The firm's administration team is responsible for the preparation of documentation that will be processed by the legal team for the purposes of Road Accident Fund claims. The team comprises Ms. Papa who deals majorly with administration of personal injury claims as well as Mr. Silwana. Ms. Jokazi is responsible for the reception desk and other quasi-administrative duties like booking appointments with medical specialists while keeping monthly records of the firm's statistics. Ms. Sandiswa is the firm's runner; she is solely responsible for the physical submission of legal documents at the relevant courts and the submission of lodgment documents at the Cape Town Road Accident Fund office. Her years of experience in the field enable her to create an easy facilitation of lodgment claims from the firm's legal team to the Road Accident Fund.
